Domestic Shipping Policy - Available to the 48 contiguous states only

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3 business days.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping method

Standard Shipping through carrier of our choice is calculated at checkout and generally arrives within 3 - 8 business days.
* Orders placed on holidays, weekends, Mondays, or after 2pm (CST) will be shipped the next available business day.
USA: Nymeyers.com does not currently support delivery to PO boxes, APO/FPO boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.  To ship to a PO Box, please call us a 800-247-1362 to place your order.  Please have your credit card available before you call.

Expedited Shipping Options

We offer 1 Day, 2 Day and 3 Day shipping options in checkout.

Expedited shipping costs are based on weight and/or box dimensions.
Expedited orders received will be shipped out the NEXT business day.*

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

When your order is processed and a tracking number is available, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Additional Shipping Charges

Some heavy or large items have additional shipping and handling charges. On select products, additional shipping and handling charges are noted on the product information pages and will be noted in your shopping basket. Please note that oversize items may be very expensive to ship via an expedited ship method.

Shipment Delays

Nymeyer's at Tanglewood and/or Nymeyers.com can not be held responsible for carrier shipment delays or mechanical failures, or due to inclement weather, natural disasters, or any other cause not of our control.

Damages

Nymeyer's At Tanglewood or our website nymeyers.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

Nymeyer's At Tanglewood or our website nymeyers.com does not ship internationally.
